Standard Delivery (Local)

We aim to deliver orders in the local area within 48 hours from Monday to Friday (exclusions apply, see above) from the time the order was placed. Orders will be delivered anytime between 11am - 4pm. Your order may be delayed depending on stock availability and the items you have ordered, we will aim to contact you if this is the case. We do not offer delivery on weekends.

The following postcodes are included for local area deliveries:

  • WF12, WF13, WF14, WF15, WF16 and WF17

Standard Delivery (Nationwide)

Orders placed between Monday - Thursday will be dispatched the next day. Any orders placed after Thursday 9am will be dispatched the following Monday, meaning that you will receive your order on the following Tuesday. All orders are subject to delays depending on stock availability and the items you have ordered, we will aim to contact you if this is the case. All orders will be delivered by APC Overnight and will require proof of delivery (either through a signature or photograph).

Any orders that contain chilled/frozen goods MUST be accepted on the day of delivery. If there is no one at the property to accept your delivery, the courier will make their best efforts to leave it in a safe place. You will be responsible for any damaged/spoiled goods if the courier is unable to deliver to your address.

We make every effort to provide and package the freshest goods, sometimes you may find that fruit and vegetables are not completely fresh, this is something that is out of our control as we receive fresh stock daily, which is then shipped out to you, the customer. For this reason, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for fresh items.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours after receiving your order on 01924 975402, or alternatively email


All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is usually caused by factors outside of Mullaco Online control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
